NUWORKS
Gameday Staff: Game day student staff assist with ensuring that Lakers Athletics events run smooth and effortlessly for our student-athletes and fans. There are multiple sports and positions to choose from including basketball, soccer, volleyball, and hockey. Basketball, soccer, and volleyball games take place on campus and hockey games take place at North Bay Memorial Gardens. Hours of work vary from 10 to 40 hours per month, September to February.

Front Desk Staff: The front desk student staff will assist in the operation and day-to-day workings of the Athletic Centre. The position will help in set-up and tear-down of equipment for varsity events (games, practices, tournaments), as well as internal and external bookings that require any form of equipment usage. The position will also require applicants to assist in maintaining the general presentation of the facility.

Student Therapist: A Student Athletic Therapist will assist with providing immediate care and injury assessment to student-athletes during practices and games. They assist in developing and implementing rehabilitation programs under the supervision of certified athletic therapists, maintaining accurate injury records, and ensure proper use of therapeutic modalities and equipment.

NUSAC Student Staff: The NUSAC representative provides a link between the Athletic department and the student population allowing students who wish to play recreational sports while attending school.
