Women's Only Hours

Women's Only Hours are intended to provide a welcoming, supportive, and comfortable recreation environment for women participating in fitness and recreational activities.

Women's Only Hours at the Athletics Centre

Women's Only Hours are dedicated recreation times in Fitness Room #3 designed to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for women to participate in fitness, recreation, and wellness activities.

These hours are open to all women, including cisgender women, transgender women, and women of diverse gender identities and expressions. The goal is to create an inclusive space where participants can feel supported while engaging in physical activity and pursuing their wellness goals.

The Athletics Centre is committed to creating a respectful and inclusive environment. During Women's Only Hours, we ask all participants to respect the privacy and identity of others and trust that each individual accessing the space is doing so in a way that is authentic and appropriate for them.
