Coming off a 1-0 win Saturday at home, the Lakers once again shutout the Vees, this time, 2-0 in Sudbury Sunday afternoon.Â
Nipissing scored a goal in each half and played very strong defensively to earn the three points.Â
Andrew Misner buried what would be the game-winner 16 minutes into the game, with the assist going to Cedric Devos.Â
It was almost a full hour until the Lakers sealed the win, as they doubled their lead at the 75-minute mark.Â
Arjun Kahlon found the back of the net, set up by Salim Taha clinching the three points.Â
Ryan Miners was perfect again, making two saves in the victory.Â
With just one game this weekend, the Lakers prepare for a showdown with the Carleton Ravens Saturday afternoon in Ottawa. Â
