NORTH BAY, ON – The Nipissing Lakers are excited to announce the launch of the Fall 50/50 Raffle, giving supporters a chance to win a growing cash jackpot while helping enhance the student-athlete experience at Nipissing University.
Running from September 2 through November 24, 2026, the online raffle offers community members, alumni, fans, and supporters an easy way to contribute to Lakers Athletics while having the opportunity to take home 50% of the final prize pot.
Funds raised through the raffle will support Lakers Athletics as a whole, helping to address priority needs across the department, including facility enhancements, equipment upgrades, repairs to athletic spaces, and other initiatives that benefit student-athletes and campus recreation users.

How It Works
The winner will receive 50% of the final jackpot, with the remaining 50% supporting Lakers Athletics.

Draw Information
The Fall 50/50 Raffle runs from September 2 to November 24. A second 50/50 raffle will be held during the winter semester from January 4 to March 30.
All ticket purchases and the final draw are conducted entirely online through the Rafflebox platform. No physical tickets will be issued and no public draw will take place.
The winning ticket holder will be contacted via email by Nipissing University Advancement and will receive their prize by cheque. Winners will be required to provide valid identification to claim their prize.
