The Nipissing Lakers men's hockey team has added an impact player with their second official recruit of the off-season.
The Lakers, led by head coach
Mike McParland, have added centreman Jeremy Duhamel from the Miramichi Timberwolves – the newly crowned MHL champions.
The 6-foot, 175-pound forward is well over a point per game over the past two seasons as well as the playoffs.
He's posted 130 points, including 61 goals through 102 games with the Timberwolves since 2022-23.
Duhamel capped off his junior career with a big post-season performance, scoring two goals and two assists in the series-clinching game to claim the league title.
